Float your yoga workshops offer a break from your usual yoga routine. Familiarity often breeds content in all aspects of our lives, including our yoga practice. This one- day workshop will take you out of the classroom, into the realm of nature and humbly remind us how difficult yoga can be. Your certified SUP and Yoga instructor will guide you through a series of breath-based movements and core strengthening exercises sure to challenge you mind and body.
